Inside Sales Account Manager

Diploma in a related field is required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in inside sales or a similar role.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building strong customer relationships.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong understanding of sales principles and techniques.
- Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts to achieve sales targets and build long-term relationships.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts to maximize revenue generation.
- Conduct regular account reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and proactively address any concerns.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all account interactions, sales activities, and customer data in the CRM system.
- Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and presentations to existing clients, showcasing the value proposition of the company's products and services.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and product developments to effectively position the company's offerings and provide valuable insights to clients.
