  • Experience or knowledge of account reconciliation processes.
  • Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin (written and spoken) to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage schedules and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for preparing documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact professionally with internal and external parties.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities within a fast-paced environment.
  • Must be able to work onsite in Johor Bahru.
  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including managing calendars, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
  • Prepare and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and adherence to company policies.
  • Assist with bookkeeping tasks, including data entry, invoice processing, and maintaining financial records.
  • Support the preparation of financial reports by gathering data, creating spreadsheets, and assisting with analysis.
  • Perform account reconciliations to ensure accuracy and identify discrepancies.
  • Manage and maintain confidential files and records, ensuring data security and compliance.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls, in a professional and timely manner.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
  • Assist with event planning and coordination, including logistics, vendor management, and guest communication.
  • Maintain office supplies and equipment, ensuring a well-organized and efficient work environment.
