• Operational Support:
• Monitor and update missing information transfers between Oyen and our insurance partners, ensuring seamless communication and accuracy.
• Assist with checking and approving customer endorsement requests and policy cancellations, following established guidelines.
• Customer Follow-Up:
• Follow up with customers for any missing or incomplete information, particularly for claims submissions, to ensure timely and accurate processing.
• Data Management:
• Update and maintain operational KPI numbers on a weekly basis, supporting the team with accurate and up-to-date metrics reporting.
• Maintain and organize internal databases and records to ensure consistency and accessibility.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with the operations, claims, and customer success teams to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
• Provide operational assistance for special campaigns or ad-hoc tasks as required.
• Process Improvement:
• Assist in identifying and documenting process inefficiencies, suggesting improvements to streamline workflows.

• Hybrid working arrangement — 1 day WFH
• Paid internship — RM800/month

• Excellent communication skills
• Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and the drive to learn and succeed in a fast-paced environment.
• Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills, capable of crafting innovative strategies to engage leads and audiences.
• Team player with good collaborative skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Availability to commit to a minimum of 3 months/12 weeks internship, preferably starting June 2025
• Degree or no degree doesn't matter (field of study doesn't matter too)
