Sales Consultant (Electronic Retail)

Minimum education: SPM and above

• Required skills: Presentation Skills, Product Knowledge, Communication, Time Management, Interpersonal skill, Customer Support, Presentation
• Passion for technology.

• Possesses good discipline, communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Possess good knowledge or a strong interest in electronic products and gadgets such as camera, gaming console, TV, sound bar and etc.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays and a shift basis (following the retail shop's operational hours).
• Proficiency in English or Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Attend to customer and ascertain their needs to drive sales.
• Provide advice on the product line to customers based on features, comparisons to other brands, and promotions.
• Handle customers' pre and post-sales inquires tactfulness.
• Manage store visibility and merchandise in the store.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets set by management.
• Fulfill all other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned from time to time.
