Field Service Representative

Diploma or certification in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services Engineering (or equivalent)

• Basic knowledge of HVAC, electrical systems, plumbing, and general repairs
• Ability to read technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics
• Physically fit and able to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Team player with a proactive and service-oriented attitude
• Work independently with minimum supervision, team player
• Able to communicate in Mandarin/Bahasa Malaysia & English
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Have your own transportation
• Good time management skill, able to manage and oversee multiple projects simultaneously
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on venue systems and equipment
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing issues
• Respond promptly to guest and staff maintenance requests
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and equipment servicing
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and venue standards
• Assist in energy conservation initiatives and sustainability efforts
• Support renovation or upgrade projects as needed
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors when necessary
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of engineering workspaces and storage areas
• Participate in emergency response procedures, including fire safety and evacuation drills
