Senior Accountant Executive

Diploma or Degree in Accountancy or ACCA and equivalent professional qualifications
- At least 5 years relevant working experience in handling full set of accounts
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software(XERO/ MS Dynamics 365 Business Central) and Microsoft Excel.
- Meticulous, organized and able to multi-task
- Able to work independently and ability to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Manage full sets of accounts, including GL, AR, AP, journal entries, audit schedules and bank reconciliations. (Singapore and Malaysia Entities)
- Perform daily receipting
- Process supplier invoices payments, vendor payments and expenses claims.
- Prepare monthly and yearly closing
- Check and reconcile E-Invoicing in IRBM and Accounting system
- Liaise with banks, company secretaries, tax agent, auditor, and government authorities on company related matters
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, taxation (SST, e-invoicing, corporate tax), and audit requirements
- Maintain proper documentation and filing of accounting records.
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties when required
