We are seeking a talented individual to join our Placement team at Marsh & McLennan Asia Business Services (MMABS). This role will be based in our Pavilion Damansara Corporate Towers, Kuala Lumpur office. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working as per respective team's arrangement.

Assistant Vice President, Insurance Operations - Multinational (General Insurance)

We will count on you to:

  • Set up all new clients on Multinational network portal (Marsh Global Connect)
  • Issue Network policy instructions via Marsh Global Connect
  • Work with Marsh network across countries to ensure that all compulsory documentation is provided, and all regulatory deadlines and clients’ KPIs are met
  • Liaise with Marsh network to ensure global programs are issued, paid and all documents uploaded to Marsh Global Connect
  • Support on policy premium allocations and billings
  • Ensure Rules of the Road are followed in all dealings with Marsh network
  • Foster and maintain good working relationships with the international Marsh network and insurers
  • Assist the client team in their day-to-day queries that relate to Multinational risks
  • Ad hoc support for client teams on Multinational projects such as local policy audits
  • Collaborate with client executives to improve overall client experience and to provide excellent client service
  • Continuously identify areas for process improvement to increase efficiencies as well as participate, monitor and/or oversee the initiatives

What you need to have:

  • Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 6 years of experiences within insurance industry.
  • Attained minimum Certificate in General Insurance (CGI) or equivalent. ANZIIF or ACII will be an advantage.
  • Strong project management, operational skills and able to prioritize and manage multiple projects
  • Ability to build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English
