Address: Level 2, PT 5389, Jalan Panchang Bedena, 45300 Sungai Besar, Selangor
Working Hours:
- Monday - Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
- Saturday: 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM
- 1 Day Off Per Week
- Female candidates only.
- Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, etc.).
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Able to maintain confidentiality and integrity in handling documents.
- Detail-oriented and eager to learn.
- Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
- Available for a full-time internship (minimum 4 months).
- Assist with daily administrative tasks and clerical support.
- Support invoice issuance, filing, and payment tracking.
- Help maintain accurate financial and HR records.
- Assist in data entry and updating accounting systems (e.g., SQL, Excel).
- Help coordinate office supply inventory and staff requests.
- Participate in financial document preparation and reporting.
- Support employee records, claims, and leave documentation.
- Provide support in audit preparation and monthly financial close.

- Minimum 1–2 years of HR working experience (fresh graduates are welcome for junior roles).
- Knowledge of recruitment and selection processes (job posting, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
- Familiar with Malaysia Employment Act, EPF, SOCSO, and EIS.
- Ability to handle employee documentation, offer letters, contracts, and warning letters.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
- Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality in handling employee information.
- Able to work independently and in a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Experience in attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll is an advantage.
- Good problem-solving and conflict-handling skills.
