Job Responsibilities:

1. Property Onboarding

• Ensure Agreement and Defect Inspection: After signing the agreement with property owners, ensure that each unit undergoes a defect inspection and report within 3 working days of onboarding.

1. Project Coordination for Unit Readiness

• Oversee Renovation and Furnishing: Manage and coordinate renovations, furnishing installations, and defect rectifications to ensure units are ready for operation.
• Conduct Unit Inspection: Carry out an inspection of each unit to verify that it meets operational standards and is ready to host guests.

1. Facilities and Building Management

• Ensure Building Facilities Readiness: Ensure concierge services, self-check-in kiosks, Wi-Fi install, unit setup, management registration, etc are functional for all new units.

1. Payment Collection and Financial Coordination

• Coordinate Timely Payment Collection: Collect payments from property owners for renovation, furnishing, and additional services rendered by WIT Ventures.
• Resolve Payment Disputes: Address any disputes with property owners and ensure payment disputes are resolved within 7 working days.

1. Client and Partner Relations

• Maintain Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, real estate agents, and property management companies.

1. Collaboration with Internal Teams

• Collaborate with Marketing Team: Work with the marketing team to develop and launch promotional campaigns for newly onboarded properties.
• Provide Actionable Insights: Assess ongoing processes and provide recommendations on how to streamline onboarding, property preparation, and marketing strategies.

1. KPI Monitoring and Reporting

• Minimum diploma in Project Management, Real Estate, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in project coordination, property management, or a related industry.
• Experience in property onboarding, renovations, or hospitality setups is an added advantage.

• Project Management: Strong ability to plan, execute, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously with high attention to detail.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for liaising with property owners, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Problem Solving: Ability to proactively identify issues and implement effective solutions, particularly in payment disputes and project delays.
• Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and meet tight deadlines.
• Negotiation Skills: Confident in negotiating with clients and service providers to secure favorable outcomes.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, Monday.com).
• Knowledge of Property Operations: Familiarity with property inspections, defect management, and facilities readiness is essential.
