Project Manager - Digital Banking

What you'll do:
As a Digital Banking Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of digital banking. Your primary responsibility will be to establish and evolve PMO standards for digital product delivery. You will guide complex cross-functional initiatives, acting as a senior escalation point for risks and dependencies.Your leadership skills will be instrumental in building and mentoring a high-performing team. You will engage with senior stakeholders, translating project performance into actionable insights. Your expertise in both traditional PMO governance and agile delivery frameworks will drive continuous improvement.
- Oversee prioritization, resource planning, and coordination across the digital product portfolio
- Act as a senior escalation point for risks and dependencies
- Ensure strong collaboration and alignment among product, design, engineering, and business stakeholders
- Build and mentor a high-performing team; define roles, competencies, and lead capability development through structured learning programs
- Engage with senior stakeholders, translating project performance into actionable insights and clear executive reporting
- Drive continuous improvement through delivery metrics, tooling enhancements, automation, and data-driven decision-making

With over 7 years of experience under your belt, including at least 2 years in a leadership role within the banking or financial services sector, you have honed your skills to perfection.Your professional certifications such as PMP, CSM or SAFe attest to your commitment to excellence. Your strong understanding of digital platforms, enterprise systems, and the software development lifecycle sets you apart. Your proven leadership and team development skills, coupled with your expertise in both traditional PMO governance and agile delivery frameworks, make you a force to be reckoned with.
Your excellent stakeholder management and communication skills enable you to influence and align cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
- 7+ years of project management experience, including at least 2 years in a leadership role; experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
- Professional certifications such as PMP, Certified Scrum Master (CSM), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) are required
- Strong understanding of digital platforms, enterprise systems, and the end-to-end software development lifecycle
- Proven leadership and team development skills
- Expertise in both traditional PMO governance and agile delivery frameworks
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
