  • 负责外派员工住宿和交通安排,确保相关费用处理得当;
  • 负责提交办公室每月固定开销账单及安排付款(如办公室租金、水电费等);
  • 维持办公室整洁,监督保洁人员工作;
  • 负责处理外派员工工作签证申请事宜,确保申请流程顺利完成;
  • 与总部进行日常沟通协调 。
  • 必须会读/写普通话,有一定的中文能力,因需与中国总部沟通;
  • 大专或本科及以上学历;
  • 2年以上行政管理或采购经验优先(应届毕业生欢迎申请);
  • 熟悉办公自动化软件;
  • 沟通表达能力突出,有责任心 。
