负责行政部门采购询比价、验收、评估及反馈汇总工作;
- 负责外派员工住宿和交通安排,确保相关费用处理得当;
- 负责提交办公室每月固定开销账单及安排付款(如办公室租金、水电费等);
- 维持办公室整洁,监督保洁人员工作;
- 负责处理外派员工工作签证申请事宜,确保申请流程顺利完成;
- 与总部进行日常沟通协调 。
- 必须会读/写普通话,有一定的中文能力,因需与中国总部沟通;
- 大专或本科及以上学历;
- 2年以上行政管理或采购经验优先(应届毕业生欢迎申请);
- 熟悉办公自动化软件;
- 沟通表达能力突出,有责任心 。
