As the Club Operations Manager, you will be fully responsible for the daily operations and management of the club, ensuring all facilities (KTV, SPA, private dining, and cigar lounge) run efficiently and smoothly while delivering a consistent high-end service experience for members.

Key responsibilities include:

  1. Overall Operations Management
Oversee the daily operations of the club, including reception, service flow, environment maintenance, and inventory management for KTV, SPA, private dining, and the cigar lounge.
  1. Service Standards Implementation
Establish and enforce high service standards across all departments to ensure members receive professional, attentive, and personalized service.
  1. Team Leadership and Management
Manage recruitment, training, scheduling, performance evaluation, and motivation of all service teams to build a professional, stable, and service-oriented workforce.
  1. Member Relationship Management
Maintain strong relationships with members, handle special requests and complaints, and collect feedback to continuously improve service quality and member satisfaction.
  1. Inventory and Cost Control
Manage inventory for beverages, food ingredients, SPA supplies, cigars, and other materials. Optimize purchasing processes and control operational costs while minimizing waste.
  1. Facilities and Equipment Maintenance
Regularly inspect club facilities and equipment to ensure they remain in excellent condition and coordinate necessary repairs and maintenance.
  1. Event Coordination and Support
Work with the marketing or membership team to execute high-end events such as private parties, tasting events, and member gatherings within the club.
  1. Safety and Compliance Management
Ensure all operations comply with fire safety regulations, health standards, and other legal requirements while safeguarding member privacy and security.
  • Experience
Minimum 3–5 years of operations management experience in luxury hotels (front office, F&B, or rooms division), high-end clubs, or fine dining establishments. Background in hotel management or similar high-end service industries is required.
  • Industry Knowledge
Familiarity with operations and service standards in KTV, SPA, fine dining, and cigar lounge environments is highly preferred.
  • Professionalism
Strong service mindset, refined taste, and a deep understanding of the expectations of high-end clientele.
  • Management Skills
Excellent leadership, communication, coordination, problem-solving, and on-site decision-making abilities.
  • Language Skills
Fluency in Mandarin and English (spoken and written) is required. Cantonese or other dialects will be an added advantage.
  • Personal Presentation
Professional appearance, well-mannered, personable, and able to maintain high standards of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Work Attitude
Responsible, proactive, and able to adapt to the flexible working hours typical in private club operations (including evenings and weekends).
