Branch Manager

Company Background

We are representing our client, a well-established company operating a karaoke venue. As their business continues to expand, they are looking for a Branch Manager to join their team based in Bukit Bintang, Kuala Lumpur.

Job Scope:

• Lead the outlet to achieve the sales target.
• Optimise that best use of available resources (people, products, systems) while eliminating losses and wastages, for the maximum returns.
• Coach branch supervisor and captain on people management so that they can lead the crew in achieving the organisation's objectives.
• Responsible for upkeeping the outlet's hygiene and cleanliness.
• Responsible for the outlet and the crew in providing service and product quality.
• Build morale and teamwork with fair rewards and discipline.
• Maintain high productivity by regularly reviewing staffing, schedules, and duties.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum SPM, related hospitality certifications or equivalent in service, hospitality or F&B is preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in the service, F&B industry.
• Willing to work shift basis.

Working Hours:

• 6 days a week. (By shift)
