Monitor branch inventory, supplies, and equipment, ensuring timely replenishment.

Achieve monthly and quarterly branch sales targets, including service, treatment, and package sales.
Lead sales initiatives, promotions, and upselling activities within the branch.
Review sales performance and customer feedback to identify growth opportunities.

Provide professional, personalized consultations to customers based on their hair and scalp needs.
Recommend suitable services, treatments, and packages tailored to customer concerns.
Effectively upsell premium services or add-ons to enhance customer value and experience.
