- Evaluate resumes and applications
- Having pre-interview with job seeker and determine their qualification
- Sourcing and screening for suitable job seeker
- Internal dealing with different department on the progress
- Match the most suitable candidates to different positions
- Provide necessary consultation to job seeker
- Any adhoc tasks require from the superior
- Training provided
