Fluency in Mandarin is an advantage.
- Diploma or above in Human Resource Management or related fields preferred.
- Required skills: Knowledge of Malaysia labor laws, Cross-cultural communication, Recruitment and sourcing, Negotiation skills, Communication, Networking.
- Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably with a recruitment agency or platform.
- Strong communication and coordination skills, good judgment, and interpersonal abilities.
- Able to work under pressure and demonstrate strong team spirit.
- Familiar with social media recruitment and online talent sourcing platforms, with the initiative to expand talent channels.
- Result-oriented and sales-oriented.
- Fresh graduates and Intern are encouraged to apply.
- Execute recruitment plans for various company positions, including job posting, resume screening, initial interviews and onboarding documentation.
- Utilize multiple recruitment channels to actively source and attract top talent.
- Coordinate interviews, follow up on the recruitment process, and provide timely feedback.
- Maintain and expand the talent pool to ensure continuous talent supply.
- Submit regular recruitment progress reports and assist in optimizing recruitment strategies and processes.
