Senior Accounts Executive - Klang

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or equivalent

• Preferable 3 - 5 years of working experience in similar position.
• Able to communicate and speak in Mandarin is preferable.
• Experience in handling SAP Account System is an added advantage.
• Ability to multi-task and meet tight deadlines with minimum supervision.
• Must possess strong interpersonal skills.
• Able to work under pressure, closing out cases on deadline through strong personal stress management.
• Reliable, dependable, and independent.
• Highly motivated with a strong desire for personal growth and career accomplishment
• Prefer candidate that can start work immediately.
• Able to handle full set of accounts.
• Summarizes current financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit, and loss statement, and other reports.
• Liaise with external parties including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, bankers, and government agencies etc.
• To handle day to day administrative and operational activities and any ad-hoc duties as and when needed.
• Prepare bank reconciliation as well for other reconciliation.
• Prepare journal entries.
• Complete general ledger operations
• Monthly closings and preparation of monthly financial statements
• Reconcile and maintain balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with year-end closings.
• Assist in preparing budgets and forecasts.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining internal financial controls and procedures.
• Assist in consolidation and foreign country accounting would be additional advantage.
