Marketing Executive

This is a full-time on-site role as a Marketing Executive at Golden Destinations by ICE HOLIDAYS Sdn Bhd's office in Malaysia.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 – 2 years of related working experience. Preferably in the marketing field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Proven experience in marketing communication.
• Excellent writing and communication skills.
• Proficiency in CMS, email marketing, social media tools, and analytics platforms.
• Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing best practices.
• Familiarity with design principles and team collaboration.
• Analytical and creative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Develop and implement marketing communication plans.
• Create compelling content for digital channels (websites, social media, emails, blogs, press releases, collateral).
• Collaborate with designers to create visually consistent materials.
• Manage and update online presence, including social media and advertising campaigns.
• Conduct market research to inform strategies and identify opportunities.
• Build relationships with media outlets and industry influencers to boost brand exposure.
• Coordinate marketing events, ensuring seamless execution.
• Monitor and analyze marketing initiatives, using data-driven insights to optimize performance.
• Stay updated on trends and recommend innovative marketing approaches.
• Work cross-functionally to ensure messaging and strategies are aligned.
