Roomah Restaurant is seeking a creative, driven, and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Executive to grow our brand presence and customer base. This role combines digital marketing, partnership building, and sales strategies to attract diners, increase reservations, and build long-term brand love.

Job responsibilities:

Sales and Business Development:

• Identify and approach potential partners (corporate clients, event planners, influencers, etc.) for collaborations and group bookings.
• Develop and execute strategies to increase reservations, takeaway orders, and private event sales.
• Monitor competitor activity and market trends to stay ahead.

• Plan, execute, and manage content for social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, etc.) to drive engagement.
• Work with designers or agencies to develop marketing materials (posters, flyers, menus, etc.).
• Support F&B promotions, festive campaigns, and influencer collaborations.
• Assist in planning and running in-store events, launches, and seasonal activities.

Performance Tracking:

• Track campaign performance and provide regular reports on ROI, traffic, engagement, and sales conversions.
• Monitor customer feedback and reviews, and recommend improvements based on insights.
• Commission based on target achievement ( 1%-3%)
