Job Title: Customer Service Representative
- Candidate must possess at least a SPM Certificate or Diploma Holder.

- Respond to customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner

- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
- Communicate effectively with customers in Mandarin/Cantonese, both verbally and in writing
