- 1 – 2 years of experience in social media marketing, content creation, or e-commerce management (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and content strategies
- Experience with content management systems (CMS) or e-commerce platforms is an advantage
- Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Excellent writing and editing skills with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Ampang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
- Develop and execute content strategies across social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn)
- Plan and schedule posts to ensure consistency in brand messaging and visual identity
- Monitor and engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
- Assist in developing high-quality digital content, including graphics, videos, short-form content, and promotional materials
- Collaborate with the design team to produce engaging marketing assets
- Write compelling captions, articles, and promotional content aligned with brand voice and SEO best practices
- Stay updated on digital marketing trends and apply innovative content strategies
- Ensure timely and accurate uploading of product or service listings, including descriptions, specifications, and images
- Optimize listings using relevant keywords and SEO-friendly content
- Support promotional campaigns and ensure alignment across online platforms
- Work closely with internal teams to maintain updated product/service information and availability
- Monitor and maintain accuracy of listings, making updates as needed
