- 1–2 years experience in affiliate marketing, digital marketing, or influencer marketing (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Familiar with social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Familiar with e-commerce platforms such as Shopee and Lazada
- Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms like Shopee and Lazada is an advantage
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Able to work independently and manage multiple campaigns at the same time
- Responsible, organized, and result-oriented
- Source, recruit, and onboard new affiliates, influencers, and partners
- Manage and maintain relationships with existing affiliate partners
- Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook
- Monitor affiliate performance, track sales, and optimize campaign results
- Coordinate with marketing and content teams to provide campaign materials and promotional offers
- Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports
- Identify new opportunities to grow the affiliate network and increase revenue
- Ensure affiliates follow brand guidelines and campaign requirements
