Our client is on the hunt for an Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition to join their vibrant team. This role is instrumental in steering the end-to-end recruitment process, crafting innovative talent strategies, and collaborating with stakeholders to attract and hire top-notch talent.

What you'll do:

As an Assistant Manager for Talent Acquisition, your role will be pivotal in shaping the future of our client's team. You will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a seamless candidate experience. Your knack for developing innovative sourcing strategies will be key in attracting top talent.
You will also act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, providing valuable market insights and best hiring practices. Your strong relationship-building skills will ensure that recruitment aligns with business needs. Additionally, you will collaborate with Marketing and HR teams to enhance employer branding initiatives.

Your role will also involve conducting market research to provide insights on industry trends and maintaining accurate recruitment data.

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders and HRBPs to understand workforce planning needs and align recruitment strategies accordingly.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent.
  • Drive continuous improvement in hiring processes to enhance efficiency and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Act as a trusted recruitment advisor to hiring managers, providing market insights, salary benchmarking, and best hiring practices.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure recruitment aligns with business needs.
  • Manage candidate engagement, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and HR to enhance employer branding initiatives.
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on industry hiring trends, talent availability, and competitive salary benchmarks.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and dashboards to track hiring metrics.

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Assistant Manager, Talent Acquisition role will bring a wealth of recruitment experience from an in-house corporate MNC environment. You will have a proven track record in hiring across various functions and hands-on experience using ATS and recruitment tools.

Your excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills will be key to your success in this role. The ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple hiring projects is essential. Experience in employer branding, talent attraction initiatives, HR analytics, workforce planning, and knowledge of employment laws would be advantageous.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Recruitment experience in an in-house corporate/ retail environment
  • Proven track record in hiring across various functions
  • Hands-on experience in using ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment tools
