- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to meet organizational needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and job specifications.
- Use various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.) to source suitable candidates.
- Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- High attention to detail and organizational skills.
