Product Specialist (Business Development)-Johor based

Sales and Distribution Role:
- Execute sales plan with the objective of achieving target set for the assigned accounts in your respective territory.
- Provide construction feedback to seek continuous improvement.
- Track and monitor sales performance against targets and develop action plan to close the difference if any.
- Gather and generate ideas from the market to enhance on developing local initiatives to drive sales volumes.
- To manage and collect credit overdue/outstanding and bad debts within the assigned time frame.
- To ensure any changes of all accounts are duly updated (i.e.: opening of new clinics, close or temporary close, active, and inactive).
- To actively serve clinics to continuously generate and build sales (take orders, prepare DO and invoice, conduct training to clinic staffs, to do product delivery and handle complaints constructively).
- Requires at least 2 years of sales experience in aesthetics and medical sectors.
- Displays strong negotiation skills and focuses on achieving outcomes.
- Shows strong business acumen, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and management abilities to build relationships internally and externally.
- Possesses a degree in Biotechnology, Business, or a related field.
- Demonstrates a strong work ethic, dedication, and teamwork skills.
- Creates basic marketing materials to support sales and marketing activities.
- Leads product training sessions for clinic staff as required to enhance product promotion.
- Works with key accounts to develop and implement business growth strategies to meet sales goals.
