Job Descriptions- Lead, manage and develop Project Manager(s) in New Product Introduction projects execution
- Provides overall coordination of international manufacturing transfer projects
- Tracks and drives project development activities for Project Manager(s)
- Assist Project Manager(s) in early supplier involvement programs when needed
- Support Project Manager(s) in technical communications with customers & Test Engineering in order to meet company objectives
- Continuous development & growth of Project Manager(s) to meet organization goal
- Possess Engineering degree.
- PMP certification would be a plus
- Key team player as well as able to work independently and reliable
- Good NPI exposure, SMT environment, resources planning, time management, analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experienced in semiconductor, electronics, would be an added advantage
