We're seeking a passionate, creative and dynamic Creative Content Manager to lead our in-house content creator team in delivering high-impact content across digital platforms.
Key responsibilities
✅ Lead and manage the content creation team
✅ To plan, oversee, and execute social media content across digital platforms
✅ Drive the creative direction to ensure brand consistency of videos, graphic and content
✅ Generate a steady stream of content ideas and execute them from start to finish.
✅ Conceptualize and create compelling shortform videos that align with client objectives.
✅ Stay up-to-date with the latest trends on social media platforms and incorporate these trends into content
✅ Close collaboration with performance marketing team to align content with intended objectives
✅ Close monitoring and regular analysis of content performance
✅ Ensure all content is produced to a high standard, adheres to brand guidelines, and is optimized for platform-specific requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in content creative and creative team management (>3 years experiences preferred)
- Excellent leadership, communication and project management skills
- Strong portfolio (in particular, video and branded content)
- Proficiency in CapCut is a must, familiarity in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar is an added advantage.
- Proficiency in the technical aspects of video production, including lighting and sound.
- Strong creative vision with an ability to produce original content ideas
- Keen awareness of social media trends and best practices.
- Must be fluent in English, Mandarin speaking will be an added advantage
- Detail oriented and have good time management skills to complete tasks and projects
