About the Job

As our Head of Performance Creative, you’ll own the creative strategy and production pipeline for all paid media across our portfolio of brands. From shaping the direction of each asset to iterating based on real-time performance data, you’ll lead a high-performing team of designers, editors, and strategists to continuously push the bar higher.

Your work will directly impact ROAS, CAC, ad fatigue, and creative testing velocity.

You’ll collaborate closely with Growth, Partnerships, and Product teams to ensure that every creative concept aligns with campaign goals, resonates with target customers, and performs on platform. This role is equal parts visionary leadership and boots-on-the-ground execution—perfect for someone who blends creative chops with strategic thinking and systems-building.

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end creative strategy for paid performance across Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, and emerging channels
  • Build and evolve high-performing creative frameworks tailored by channel, brand, and campaign type
  • Review performance data weekly and translate insights into iterative tests, refreshes, and winning concepts
  • Lead a team of designers, editors, and creators—giving clear feedback, setting priorities, and ensuring alignment with growth goals
  • Drive innovation in storytelling formats, editing styles, and creative hooks to stay ahead of platform trends
  • Oversee creative production workflows—briefing, review cycles, timelines, approvals, and asset handoffs
  • Partner with Growth, Brand, and Partnerships to ensure creative supports campaigns, product positioning, and UGC content
  • Own asset tagging, licensing compliance, version tracking, and creative libraries for scalable reuse
  • Deliver weekly/monthly creative reports highlighting wins, losses, testing insights, and next steps
  • Forecast bandwidth needs, propose hiring/freelancer support, and scale the team as brand demands grow

We're looking for someone who:

  • Has 4–6+ years in performance creative, growth marketing, or content strategy with strong DTC experience
  • Has proven success developing ad creative that scales across paid channels (Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube)
  • Has strong leadership experience managing designers, editors, and/or creative strategists
  • Has deep understanding of direct response principles, creative frameworks, and ad testing methodology
  • Has experience with creative tools and performance platforms like Figma, Meta Ads Manager, Northbeam, and Google Ads
  • Is skilled in building systems and workflows that improve creative production efficiency and output
  • Has strong cross-functional communication skills—you collaborate well with Growth, Brand, Product, and Partnerships
  • Is comfortable making strategic decisions based on performance metrics, customer insights, and creative vision

Compensation & Perks:

At Nolan Interior, we're committed to providing a competitive total compensation package—grounded in market data that considers our size, stage, industry, and location. For this role, the base salary range is between RM12,500-RM25,000 per month depending on experience.
