Requirements:

• No formal qualifications required — we welcome individuals who are highly motivated to work hard and earn well. Full training will be provided.
• Fresh graduates with high motivation and a strong desire to increase income are encouraged to apply.
• Able to speak in English and Bahasa Malaysia, Ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantage.
• Prior experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Confidence in handling objections and maintaining a positive attitude.
• Basic understanding of banking and financial products is an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Engagement: Reach out to prospective clients via phone to introduce and promote our financial services aimed at facilitating bank loan approvals.
• Needs Analysis: Assess clients’ financial situations to provide relevant solutions and guide them on suitable loan options.
• Follow-Up: Maintain regular communication with leads to answer queries, provide support, and build trust throughout the loan application process.
• Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly outreach and conversion goals.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services and banking industry developments to effectively respond to client inquiries and objections.
• Preliminary Client Support: Guide clients on required documents and outline the steps involved in the loan application process.
