Telemarketer

Minimum SPM (Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia) or equivalent; higher education preferred.
- Language required: English & Bahasa Malaysia
- Minimum 1 year experience in telemarketing or sales is required
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English; knowledge of other languages is a plus.
- Initiate calls to potential or existing customers to provide financial solution and sales.
- Conduct follow-up calls to provide additional information or answer queries.
- Promote special offers, discounts, and new products.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers through effective communication.
- Understand customer financial needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Address customer concerns and objections professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, interactions, and sales activities.
- Update customer information in the database as required.
- Prepare and submit reports on call activities and results.
- Ensure all calls are conducted in accordance with company policies and legal regulations.
- Adhere to scripts and guidelines provided by the company.
- Achieve or exceed set sales targets and performance metrics.
- Participate in training sessions to improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
