JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide warm, friendly, and attentive service to all guests, especially families with young children.
- Take orders accurately, serve food and beverages, and clear tables efficiently.
- Assist with cashier duties, including billing and payment handling.
- Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations, and children’s play zones.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen and barista teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Support birthday parties, celebrations, and café events when required.
- Ensure all service SOPs, hygiene standards, and safety guidelines are followed.
- Handle customer inquiries professionally and escalate issues when necessary.
- Perform any other ad-hoc tasks assigned to support café operations.
- Hostel available (optional)
- Free crew meal during work hour
- Free parking (for local employees with own vehicle)
- Able to understand and speak English. (Able to speak Mandarin is a bonus)
- Enjoy working & playing with children — cheerful, patient, and friendly.
- Well-groomed and neat appearance (e.g., tidy hair; no long or thick moustache).
- Cheerful, responsible, and a good team player.
- Experience in F&B or service is an advantage, but fresh graduates are welcome.
- Willing to work on weekends, public holidays, and shift schedules.
- Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow.
- High potential for promotion based on performance.
