Waiter, Waitresses & Service Crew

We are looking for passionate and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Service Crew, including Supervisors, Waiter, Waitress and Servers. If you are passionate about Hospitality & Tourism industry and have a interest in Japanese cuisine and guest experience, we’d love to meet you!

We are hiring for both full-time and part-time positions. The salary listed applies to full-time roles.

Part-time wages range from RM10 - RM12 per hour depending on experience.

Requirements:

• Malaysian only
• Experience in serving or interacting with customers in a restaurant or café environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly, service-oriented attitude
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities, especially during peak hours
• Able to follow service protocols and operational procedures accurately
• Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and customer service
• Basic understanding of POS systems, menu items, and food safety practices is an added advantage

• Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a pleasant and memorable dining experience
• Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, offering menu recommendations when needed
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints or issues with a positive attitude
• Collaborate with kitchen and management teams to ensure smooth service flow
• Support promotional activities and upsell menu items when appropriate
