Assistant Manager, Corporate Planning

  1. Land Matters:
  2. Assist in handling all documentation related to land acquisition, conversion, and transfer.
  3. Liaise with local authorities (Land Offices, State Authorities, Municipal Councils, etc.) for approvals, certifications, and compliance.
  4. Maintain up-to-date records of land titles, deeds, gazettes, and related correspondence.
  5. Project Development Coordination:
  6. Follow up with relevant departments and agencies for project development approvals (e.g., planning permission, development orders, building permits).
  7. Track progress of submissions and ensure timely escalation of pending matters.
  8. Coordinate with consultants, surveyors, and legal teams to gather or submit necessary documentation.
  9. Liaison & Communication:
  10. Serve as a point of contact between the company and external agencies, consultants, and contractors.
  11. Attend meetings with government officials, consultants, and stakeholders when necessary.
  12. Draft official letters, memos, and reports related to project and land matters.
  13. Compliance & Reporting:
  14. Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and company standards regarding land and development issues.
  15. Prepare periodic reports and updates for management on the status of submissions and approvals.
  16. Administrative Support:
  17. Organize and maintain files, documents, and correspondence systematically.
  18. Assist in scheduling site visits, inspections, and meetings related to land and project issues.
