Requirements
Essentials- 3+ years HR & Admin experience (FMCG/Logistics/Wholesale preferred)
Expertise in Malaysian Labor Law, EPF/SOCSO compliance
Proficient in payroll software (PayrollPanda/Sage) & BI tools
Bilingual: Fluent English + Mandarin (for HQ communication)
Core Competencies
Proven track record in building systems from scratch
Strong risk control mindset with financial safeguard design
Ability to transform complex data into executive-ready visuals
Adaptability to multinational matrix reporting
Key Responsibilities
System Development
Design full-cycle HR policies (KPI, Compensation, Employee Handbook)
Establish Petty Cash control procedures & financial segregation of duties
Redefine functional boundaries among Admin/Finance/Cashier/Reception
Visualized Operations
Develop digital dashboards (Payroll Analytics, Labor Cost, KPI Tracking)
Submit monthly visualized reports to HQ in English (Power BI/Dashboard)
Implement e-filing system for employee records
Daily Management
Oversee recruitment, payroll, employee relations & training
Optimize office procurement, assets maintenance & vendor management
Ensure compliance of financial workflows and fund security- Lunch provided
