Job Description

Hiring Admin cum social media and project cootdinator/assistant.

Training akan diberikan. Kerja dengan 2 Akak Project Assistant dan Account Assistant.

MAIN TASK :

Distribute Facebook, Instagram paid ads generated Leads ( from facebook manager) to realestate agent. ( Not creating ads, distribute only)
Create and Upload Tiktok Ads ( will be taught). to company tiktok page, posting regular stories to company instagram and tiktok (material provided).
Update Company and property developer database.
Manage company recruitment whatsapp group ( announcement, sharing on company new agent briefing dates, add leads into whatsapp group)
other admin related REPETITIVE task
Invit e lead to join our weekly new agent talk (sesi briefing kerjaya hartanah)
after take project photo, edit them

SECONDARY TASK (ONCE A WEEK) :

go to project site ( location at dengkil, banting, rimbayu, kapar)(one location once a week)
take picture, video, drone video, drone picture ( all equipment provided). of housing project, update latest construction progress picture and video,
Assist our agent to take tiktok content video
update new project to company website.

BASIC RM2000 WITH EPF SOSCO, if good performance will have performance BONUS.

Looking for someone that can do that signated task ON TIME .

BOLEH WFH, meeting 2 kali seminggu.
