Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in (Mechanical/Electrical) Engineering discipline or equivalent.
- Possess own transport.

- Good common of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.

- Develops working knowledge of industry regulations, restrictions and laws and ensures service department adheres to all regulations
- To plan monthly servicing schedule, collect reporting and bill customer on time
- Regularly audits work being done and customer service being provided to ensure all standards are met and that repair work is carried out effectively, correctly and thoroughly
- To performs other related duties assigned by the line supervisor
- Implement timely actions taken to correct and/or prevent problems identified in the related processes
- Ensure necessary documentation, record, reporting, compilation and/or charts being timely prepared and submitted
