Local Malaysian Chinese preferred; must be proficient in Malay, English, and Mandarin.
  • Male or female, both welcome.
  • Prior experience in e-commerce or livestreaming industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of local culture, regulations, and administrative procedures.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office and related software.
  • Experience in HR, general administration, and basic finance is highly desirable.
  • Responsible, detail-oriented, proactive, and with good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Assist with recruitment and onboarding processes.
  • Handle administrative tasks and support documentation and license applications.
  • Organize and maintain company records and official documents.
  • Help management quickly understand local culture and social platforms.
  • Manage day-to-day finance tasks (e.g., reimbursement processing, liaising with accounting, secretarial, and legal agencies).
  • Support with translation or interpretation when needed.
  • Other general HR and administrative support tasks as assigned.
