Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred (fresh grads welcome)
- Fluent in Mandarin and English; Bahasa Malaysia is a plus
- Strong communication, coordination, and organisational skills
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks independently
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with marketing, digital content, or media is a bonus
- Manage daily office tasks, scheduling, and internal documentation
- Maintain filing systems and inventory; liaise with vendors and service providers
- Assist project managers in coordinating digital campaigns, social media schedules, and event logistics
- Support internal communication between Malaysia, Singapore, and China teams
- Help prepare contracts, quotations, and client proposals for services such as:-
- Digital & social media campaigns (WeChat, RedNote, TikTok, etc.)
- Brand promotion and public relations
- Market research and campaign reporting
- Video production coordination
- Track leave records, assist with recruitment scheduling, and basic finance coordination (invoices, reimbursements)
- Assist with travel bookings and event logistics for regional projects, if required
