Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.

  • Handle tracking on services status with customer and supplier, and other correspondence professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Minimum education level: Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Fluency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia is essential to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
