POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Education & Experience
B.Eng. / B.Sc. in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or similar.
Min 5 years in BD mainly dealing with Main Contractors / Developers
Proven tender success with main contractors / developers.
Must be very proficient in English, prefer to either able to speak Mandarin / Cantonese
Must have experience dealing with Main Contractors
Prefer to have Civil Engineering Background, open to other Engineering backgrounds as well

- POSITION SUMMARY
The BDM maintains relationships to keep opportunities open and pipelines active.
- CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Revenue Growth – Set and achieve quarterly/annual revenue and margin targets.
Client Development – Identify key main contractors and developers. Build long-term relationships regardless of tender outcomes and ensure client retention.
Opportunity Generation – Carry out quality outbound activities daily.
Tender Management – Lead tender reviews, scope clarification, and final pricing decisions.
Pricing & Margin Control – Oversee cost build-ups and markups.
CRM & Pipeline – Ensure CRM is updated & Maintain accurate pipeline staging.
Reporting – Submit forecasts and activity reports to management, and proactively decide on actions or strategies needed to meet or exceed targets.
Team Development – Coach BD team in prospecting, pricing discipline, and CRM habits. Share market feedback with operations.- Opportunities for promotion
