Content Creator

This role is ideal for someone who understands the nuance of storytelling for impact and can tailor content across platforms to influence public opinion and support awareness and advocacy goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Ideate and create creative concepts and strategies across all social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) aligned with campaign goals.
• Create and edit high-quality engaging content across formats (video, infographics, reels, etc.) across all social media platforms in a timely manner.
• Develop, plan, and maintain a monthly content calendar, and advanced calendar planning.
• Develop clear, engaging social media posts that match the campaign’s style that reaches the intended audience.
• Work closely with designers, videographers, and editors to bring stories to life.
• Ensure all content aligns with brand and campaign identity and goals.

• Tailor content for diverse audiences across digital platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
• Monitor performance and iterate content based on analytics and feedback.
• Stay current with trends in digital space, culture, and storytelling.

• Work cross-functionally with campaign teams, strategic lead, and partners.
• Integrate content into broader campaign timelines and launch strategies.
• Contribute to creative brainstorms and content sprints.

• Must be fluent in Bahasa Melayu and English.
• Have previous experience in a similar role would be an added advantage
• Strong writing, editing, and copywriting skills with attention to details.
• Proficiency in social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and social media management tools.
• Creative thinking and ability to generate engaging current trend content ideas and contribute to online campaigns curation
• Proficiency in content creation tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or any video editing software is a bonus.
• Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
