As a Relationship Manager, you'll be responsible for managing and developing relationships with high-profile clients to drive business growth and meet strategic objectives. You'll provide exceptional customer service with the provision of financial solutions while managing operational risk and regulatory requirements.
- Acquiring and retaining a portfolio of priority clients.
- Cross-selling wealth management products and services to customers.
- Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Contributing to the overall success of the branch by achieving business performance measures.
- Minimum of five (5) years of proven and progressive wealth sales experience or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of financial planning fundamentals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with clients.
- Proven track record in sales and customer service.
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Must possess the required licenses: PCE, CEILI, FIMM, TBE & IPPC.
