Basic Experience & Knowledge in Technical Skills

• Able to lead and manage subordinate work smooth
• Able communicate with Mandarin, Malaysia
• Supervising and coordinating the work of production operators
• Assigning tasks, managing team performance, leading and motivating the team to achieve production targets.
• Ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
• Operating and maintaining various machinery, including, according to safety regulations and specifications.
• Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.
• Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed.
• Inspecting and testing products for quality assurance
• Recognizing and correcting safety hazards
• EPF, SOCSO, EIS, Annual Leave, Medical Leave, Hospitalization Leave, Paternity Leave
• Increment twice a year
• Additional Group PA Insurance
• Bonus (Depend on company’s sales)
