- Supervising and coordinating the work of production operators
- Assigning tasks, managing team performance, leading and motivating the team to achieve production targets.
- Ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
- Operating and maintaining various machinery, including, according to safety regulations and specifications.
- Troubleshooting and resolving machine issues.
- Monitoring production processes and making adjustments as needed.
- Inspecting and testing products for quality assurance
- Recognizing and correcting safety hazards
