• Strategic Oversight: Implement and enhance technology risk frameworks and policies across the firm's global footprint.
• Risk Intelligence: Analyze complex data sets and develop dynamic dashboards to provide governance forums with actionable risk insights.
• Active Challenge: Review and challenge risk-control self-assessments (RCSAs) to ensure mitigation plans are truly effective.
• Project Advisory: Serve as a subject matter expert for regional IT teams, offering guidance on technology enablement and data privacy.
• Thematic Reviews: Execute deep-dive assessments into cybersecurity, AI governance, and infrastructure to identify emerging threats.

• Hands-on experience identifying risks and assessing controls within IT infrastructure, networks, and databases.
• Solid understanding of the Application Development lifecycle (SDLC) and related control considerations.
• Functional knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM) principles and tools like SailPoint or CyberArk.
• Awareness of cybersecurity frameworks, such as NIST, and foundational security operations.
• High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office for executive-level reporting and complex data analysis.
• Familiarity with Power BI for data visualization or basic coding skills like Python.
• Relevant industry certifications such as CRISC, CISA, CISSP, or CISM.
