Maintenance oversight: manage a team of technicians to perform repairs and maintenance on our properties.
  • Contractor management: liaise with external contractors for specialised work, ensuring the work meets quality and budgetory requirements.
  • Safety and compliance: track and plan for compliance with safety and building codes for our properties. - Inspections and audits: conduct regular side inspections to identify areas for improvement.
  • Budget and inventory: manage maintenance supplies and spares and assist with operation budget planning.
  • Project co-ordination: support facility-related projects such as office moves and improvement works.
  • Tenant relations: point of contact for tenant-related facility matters.
  • Documentation: maintain logs of installs, replacements, repairs and maintenance works.
  • Diploma in facilities management or related fields, or professional certification in facilities management.
  • Good technical knowledge of MEP systems in buildings and shop lots.
  • Able to use project management methods and tools.
  • Risk management skills will be an advantage.
  • Proficient with computer tools like Teams and Excel.
  • Active and able to walk sites and participate in safety drills.
