Internship Logistics Inventory

- Assist with stock in/out entries and inventory record updates.
- Conduct physical stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
- Support verification, collection, and tracking of defective units (IHU).
- Assist in coordinating supplier reimbursement claims and documentation.
- Document reports from customer-reported issues and maintain accurate records.
- Help review, update, and suggest improvements to departmental SOPs and workflows.
- Generate reports and perform simple data analysis to support departmental monitoring and decision-making.
- Identify repetitive or manual tasks and assist with minor automation or system improvements (Excel, Power BI, or inventory systems).
- Support supplier interaction by tracking pending claims, following up on approvals, and maintaining a supplier response tracker.
- Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and record management.
- Basic understanding of inventory management, defective unit handling, and supply chain principles.
- Foundational knowledge of operational workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), with an interest in process improvement.
- Ability to document, organize, and summarize operational data accurately.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Power BI) and willingness to learn system tools such as Salesforce.
- Good communication and coordination skills when working with internal teams and suppliers.
- Strong problem-solving mindset and proactive attitude in supporting operational tasks.
- Interest in data reporting, workflow optimization, and operational efficiency.
