Currently pursuing a degree/diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or equivalent.
- Basic understanding of the Employment Act 1955 and Industrial Relations Act 1967 is an advantage
- Allowance: RM 800.00 per month (Degree)/ RM 700.00 per month (Diploma)
- Duration: 12 weeks
- Flexible Working Arrangement.
- Location Accessibility: 1-minute walk from MRT Semantan.
- Annual Leave: One day of annual leave per completed month of internship.
- Medical Leave: One day of medical leave per completed month of internship with a valid medical certificate.
- Additional unpaid or emergency leave may be considered on a case-by-case basis, subject to prior approval.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and internal databases.
- Support in screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain and update candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
- Assist in job postings and advertisement of vacancies.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure a smooth hiring process.
