Account Executive (Client Servicing)

You will have the opportunity to work with a variety of clients and support the delivery of impactful digital campaigns. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring smooth communication, strong client relationships, and high-quality execution across projects.

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, proactive, and committed to delivering a great client experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Support day-to-day client communications, ensuring timely responses and clear follow-ups
  • Assist in maintaining strong client relationships through regular check-ins and responsiveness
  • Work closely with internal teams (e.g. creative, digital marketing) to coordinate project deliverables
  • Help manage campaign timelines, ensuring tasks are tracked and delivered on schedule
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including contact reports, status reports, meeting notes, and briefs
  • Assist in monitoring project progress and flagging potential issues proactively
  • Support the team in resolving client concerns and ensuring smooth delivery of services
  • Participate in client meetings, taking notes and ensuring action items are followed through
  • Assist in post-campaign reporting and client satisfaction initiatives (e.g. surveys, feedback collection)
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations
  • Provide administrative support for client accounts as needed
  • Report to the Operations Lead on account progress and updates

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field (Business, Marketing, or related fields are an advantage)
  • Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Effective communication and presentation skills
  • Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A team player who can collaborate well across departments
  • Basic understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem (social media, media buys, etc.)
  • Proficient in English; additional languages are a plus
  • Willingness to learn, adapt, and take initiative
  • Able to work extended hours when required
