What is the role about?- Drive and achieve store sales targets through effective leadership and customer engagement.
- Ensure the store is consistently clean, well-presented, and visually merchandised in line with Jura brand standards.
- Manage inventory levels, stock movement, and inventory control to minimize losses and ensure availability.
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience by building strong relationships, resolving customer concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Oversee day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and operational compliance.
- Train, coach, and develop staff to maintain excellent product knowledge of Jura coffee machines, accessories, and services.
- Ensure professional grooming and presentation standards are consistently met by all staff.

- Proven experience as a Retail Manager or in a similar leadership role
- Strong passion for the coffee industry, with existing coffee knowledge or a genuine interest in learning about coffee and coffee machines.
- Excellent sales, leadership and customer service skills.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
- Well-presented, professional, and detail-oriented.
- Willingness and flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and retail trading hours.
